Tasting Notes
The Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore of Antolini is an intense red wine from the Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes that ripen for 12 months in oak and cherry barrels. With a clear and bright ruby red color, it expresses hints of raspberries, blackberries and black cherries enriched with spicy notes of vanilla and cloves while the taste is full and fresh, with enveloping tannins and ample softness, excellent savouriness.
