"Fresh strawberries dusted with pepper and spice, sap and autumn leaves, a little crushed mint and dried flowers. It’s light, bright, and kind of crunchy, cranberry freshness to the acidity, brightly lit, tight and energetic to close. Very good, but quite bony and structural.
