Daosa stakes a claim to be one of Australia's finest and most interesting sparkling wine producers. Sourced from 5 high altitude vineyards in the Piccadilly valley, all planted in the 1980's and 90's, winemaker Xavier Bizot chooses to embrace the natural flavours and textures of Australian cool-climate fruit, resulting in a full-flavoured but remarkably elegant wine.
