Description
Hand picked, entirely vinified on the estate. Beaujolais vinification with entire bunch using semi-carbonic maceration, vatting for 10 to 12 days to extract the spicy tannins characterizing this terroir, punching of the cap in the last days. Deep colour, nose of black fruits and liquorice, spicy on the palate with peppery notes, long and rich with very present tannins but of great finesse.
