"This is very similarly styled to Les Bournais, aromatically at least, with the scents of crushed confit apples, wrapped in a minerally confidence. This has real confidence on the palate, a finely polished texture, showing an elevated and pretty serious style, and through the middle more vigour and freshness, with firm mineral backbone and bright acidity.
