Tasting Notes
A blend of old vine Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro grown on our vineyards in the Northern Barossa parishes of Ebenezer and Koonunga. This is a blend of 85% Grenache, 10% Shiraz and the remainder of Mataro. Matured for 9 months in older French oak barrels before being bottled in late December 2019.
A classic Barossa blend that carries the hallmarks of old vines in a special season. Grenache was truly a star varietal in 2019 and it shows through in this blend. A very versatile wine that will suit a variety of foods across multiple occasions.
