"This an excellent champagne which has power and structure and so well balanced. There are flavours of ripe strawberries, blueberries, yellow peaches & apricots. Some dried fruits appear with some honeyed nuts, apple pie sprinkled with fine mineral, vanilla sauce and little glimpses of nougat, showing some réserve from oak contact.
