Tasting Notes
The grapes used to produce our rosé come from the freshest areas of our vineyards. After a brief maceration with the skins, the wine matures on the lees throughout the winter. Sangiovese 70%, Canaiolo 20%, Colorino 10%. Textured and grippy this is a fantastic food wine and a gorgeous introduction to skin contact wines.
