Radikon Oslavje is complex and intense on the nose with hints of apple, fig, dried fruit and a pleasant ethereal shade. Elegant and intense flavours, fruity minerality. Made of Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes using natural Fermentation. Maceration in Oak vats for 2/4 months. Maturation in casks for 3 years. Bottle ageing for about 2 years, with no added sulphur.
