All of the Radikon whites come from low-yielding, organically farmed vineyards which are then hand-harvested and fermented on skins for around 3 months - before extensive time on lees in huge Slavonian oak casks. This is 100% Ribolla Gialla from estate vines that on average are over 50 years old. Full of dried fruits, honey and vanilla aromatics, and incredibly complex and textural.
