"Wonderfully lacy and elegant, the fruit is sitting in the red spectrum with cranberry and watermelon. A whiff of sandalwood brings a savoury complexity. This wine sits firmly in the medium weighted silky characteristic of Pinot Noir, yet has good concentration. A dainty fruit palate, some whole bunch use bringing some light stalk tannin and structure, only seasoned oak to compliment the fruit profile." - Winemaker Notes
