"This fourth wine highlights Chardonnay from Mesnil-sur Oger, a historic terroir of the Côte des Blancs, classified as a Grand Cru. It comes exclusively from the 2015 vintage, and is slowly and meticulously aged on its lees. A selective approach is used, based on the purity of fruit and a balance of flavours, with low dosage." - Winemaker Notes
Its sensory development leans on distinguished aromatic floral notes, which speaks to its great minerality
of fruits (jasmine, fresh pineapple and buttery brioche). Its sensual, refined flavour is based on white pome fruit (tart pear, medlar). It is the perfect expression of subtly disciplined Chardonnay, meticulously matured on the lees. A captivatingly tense tactile sensation is dominated by a gritty, seductive spirit (Menton lemon, blood orange and hazelnut powder).
