"Made from two clones and fermented with a portion of wholecluster, this Pinot was pressed to neutral barriques and matured for 12 months. Manchester Ridge Vineyard is perched at 2500 ft. elevation, and only 3 miles from the coast. The growing season is moderated by the cool maritime breezes which allows the fruit a long hang time for flavor development and ripeness. This Pinot captures the vibrancy of this ridge top vineyard." - Winemaker Note
