"The 2015 Grands Terroirs opens with a floral note of acacia blossom and ripe yellow fruits, a generous nod to the very dry, warm, sunny growing season. On the palate Chardonnay takes the driving seat in the blend, with the freshness and power of Trépail fruit giving a bright minerality and salinity, preserved citrus and pink grapefruit from Villers-Marmery. It boasts a great intensity of exotic dried fruit element, Mirabelle plums a hint of spiced and caramelised pineapple, balanced with an array of tonka beans, dates and delightful French Brioche. The texture and weight is on song, powerful, intense, yet with a beautiful line and U-shape element in the mouth." - Importer Notes
"Ravishing swirls of red fruit and coated nuts dance joyously over the nose and palate with a melting lemon-pith acidity and billowing foam. Smart and complete with chalky mineral and savoury notes on the long finish." - 97 Points, Decanter World Wine Awards 2024 (Awarded Platinum Medal at the show)
