"Our house dares to be fanciful and brings a touch of color to a range renowned for generations for its blanc de blancs Champagnes. Purists can rest assured: they will find in this wine the Pierre Gimonnet & Fils signature, drawn by purity, freshness and elegance. Rosé de Blancs tells the expression of our great Chardonnays (92 to 95% of the blend), exceptional hosts of a new and fruity note, created by the addition of a hint of grand cru pinot noir (5 to 8%). Very atypical for a Champagne rosé, after notes of red fruits, it is the expression of a blanc de blancs Champagne which dominates, making it a very salivating cuvée." - House Notes
"Golden-amber colour with tinge of rose-gold. The bouquet has smoked meats and charcuterie, with roasted hazelnuts and lots of layers, including some sherry aldehydes. Very mellow, mature and complex. Dry finish, too. Lots of reserve wine apparent. A delicious drink." - 94 Points, Huon Hooke, The Real Review
"A very pale rosé champagne with delicate strawberry and raspberry aromas, but this is as much about the elegance of chardonnay as anything else. Long, filigree finish that’s all berry flavors and hard to resist!" - 93 Points, James Suckling
