"This release is a blend of Barbera 59%, Nebbiolo 20%, Malbec 17% and a 4% dash of Pinot Noir. The idea is create a delicious and interesting wine. The resultant wine, one of individuality and real interest. Deeply colored, the bouquet is laden with black fruits, blackberry, plum and a cherry lift from the Nebbiolo. There is a noticeable concentration and purity the stamp of the 2022 vintage coming through. The palate is juicy and rich with chewy tannins. It’s got loads of presence and interest, there is the richness from the Barbera but the Nebbiolo adds a lightness to the finish and a real savoury drive and length" - Winemaker Note
