Description
"My favorite of the five reds I tasted was the 2018 Sínodo Raposeras, which follows the path of the great 2016. This comes from a plot panted in 1916 by the grandfather of one of the members of the project. There are only 415 vines now that produced 582 bottles in 2018. So, chances of seeing this wine out there are quite slim unless you know the people personally. But the wine deserves accolades; it's harmonious and elegant and quite perfumed for Tempranillo. The palate is medium to full-bodied with very fine tannins, balanced and with a soft texture given the medium acidity. It was bottled in September 2019." - 94 Points, Luis Gutiérrez, The Wine Advocate
