"This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is made from organically grown fruit from Wilyabrup. A portion of the blend was fermented on skins to provide a layer of texture and complexity. The palate expresses a fresh brightness of fruit where taught acid gives structure to vibrant stonefruit. From grape to glass our craft is providing wine enjoyment and every bottle celebrates a little of what we love about the south west." - Producer
