This fully certified organic Chardonnay showcases true varietal flavours and is made in a riper and richer style without oak. Rich and generous, with botanical and stone fruit flavours on the nose and palate. This fully certified organic and 100% vegan wine is made without the use chemical fertilisers and pesticides in the vineyard. With very few additions, the wine goes through wild fermentation, using only the natural yeasts present in the vineyard and on grape skins.
