"Hand harvested in the cool of the morning. Grapes chilled overnight before processing. Kept for 2 day cold soak, fermented with 30% whole bunch with native yeast. Some time of skins post fermentation to build savoury interest and depth before being basket pressed. Racked to barrel with fine solids for MLF. Minimal filtration and sulfur additions prior to bottling. Luscious ripe red berry fruit, with touch of spice. Palate is medium bodied with depth of fruit and supple fruit tannins." - Winemaker notes
