"Medium to full golden-yellow colour, with a rich, very complex and yet discreet bouquet that suggests pencil-shavings wood, smoked smallgoods, butter, peanut brittle and this is all conjoined on the palate by an array of citrus fruit flavours together with their acidities. Wow, this is a blindingly good wine, the intensity driving like a locomotive through the mouth—long and sustained, enlivened by mesmeric acidity.
