"The fourth release of this skin-contact and textural white spent 10 days on skins with twice daily plunging and temperature control during the 2019 vintage. Once pressed, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks with minimal additions and just a touch of sulphur. A most complex nose of white peach, nectarine, white blossom & cumquat marmalade grades through to crisp grapefruit. On the palate lemons of all descriptions (pitch, zest and curd) are accompanied by an intriguing savouriness – sage bush, a moreish saline quality and nutty finish accompanied by integrated and subtle phenolics. A fantastic wine that stays true to its northern-Italian roots, sure to gain attention both here and overseas. Enjoy with the traditional Frico onion dish." - Winemaker Notes
