Rich ex-tawny French Oak casks balanced with American Oak casks. Notes of poached pear and sultana, brown sugar syrup layered with hot custard. At 48%, the salty brininess amplifies and balances the sweetness while adding complexity to the oak. A previous edition of our Port Storm whisky was awarded a Master medal, the highest accolade, at the World Whisky Masters in 2023.
