"The framboises are originally from Serbia. The fruits are assembled with a Lambic of 20 months of age at about 200g of fruits per litre. Framboise is a fragile fruit, we recommend choosing a soft and delicate Lambic to harmonize with the fruit. After a maceration of two to three months, the Lambic aura extract coulours, aromas and saveurs des framboises. In the evening we assembled with a Lambic of one year, so we would like to add the necessary ingredients for the second fermentation in the bottle. The season plays a major role in the ripeness and quality of the fruit, which is why a glass of fruit will be slightly different from one year to the next." -Brewer notes
