"Fresh nose with lovely delicate fruity notes recalling yellow peach, raspberry and redcurrant along with floral notes reminiscent of elderflower. Lively and fruity on the palate with a juicy, fleshy edge of fresh fruits and raspberry. Great length with minerality and lovely crisp characters on the finish. It would pair well with sushi, crayfish, or a rack of lamb." - House Notes
"Quite a deep salmon-pink colir tinged with development; the bouqute is dusty/dry straw and celery stick, a note of iodine, and burnished wood pannelling too. Savoury and distinctive. A fuller bodied rosé Champagne with big flavour backed by substantial tannin which firms and dries the long aftertaste. It would cope well with heartier foods than many Champagnes." - 92 Points, Huon Hooke, The Real Review
