"The final wine is a 60/40 blend of Grenache & Mourvèdre. They were fermented separately, with the blend comprising approximately 40% whole bunch. Post blending in winter, elevage took place in a new french oak 22HL cuve for approx 6 months before the final wine sent to bottle without fining or filtration." - Winemaker Note
