"West Tamar Valley fruit, whole bunch pressed, shortly settled before wild ferment in mainly seasoned oak, partial malo, 8 months on full lees, gentle filtration, screwcap. Bright yellow with slightly golden hue. Open and inviting nose, medium intensity, ripe mango and pineapple, yellow stone fruit (peach), salted caramel. Fresh acid attack, medium bodied.
