"From 1997 vine plantings at Bulong Estate, grown on grey clay-loam soils in Yarra Junction. Composed of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot. Destemmed and naturally fermented whole berry as separate parcels. Pressed to seasoned French Barriques for 18 months and a further 5 months resting time in tank. bottled February 2023." - Producer Notes
"A mix of blueberry, blackcurrant and raspberry, some perfume, some spice, some tobacco, a little clod earth and liquorice.
