"Bright cool-climate Sem/Sauv with heaps of lemon & lime acid, grapefruit and just a hint of nutty nougat from the fermentation in old French oak. So fresh you could drizzle it over a salad.
Early handpicked Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc were pressed together for a co-ferment in neutral French oak. The complete malolactic fermentation smoothed out the tart malic acid and the wine was bottled unfiltered, unfined and non-disgorged." -Winemaker notes
