"Raspberries and red fruit galore. Intense aromatics. Orange rind and Negroni cocktail flavours. Classic wholebunch spice with liquorice, fennel and forest floor, followed by grippy, chewy tannins. 2024 - a blend of three vineyards from The Derwent Valley, Coal River Valley and Tamar Valley. 40% wholebunch - wild ferments - gentle plunging then pressed to french oak after 14 days - 9 months on lees - filtered and bottled December 2024.
