"Brilliant, pale straw with green tinges in the glass, this wine is immediately appealing. The bouquet is pungent, piercing and linear, combining intense cut grass slate and citric aromas. The vibrant palate is mouth-filling, with an attractive blend of grassy, mineral, citrus and white peach flavours. The delicious middle palate flavours lead into a long and particularly fine acid finish. It will be very enjoyable over the next 5 years but has the potential to cellar for several more years after that. Enjoy with crustacean and fish dishes, and mild Asian food." - Winemaker Notes
