"50% heathcote Vermentino + 50% mildura Falanghina, de-stemmed then 4 days on skins. Pressed to stainless to complete fermentation and elevage. 20 ppm so2 added at bottling. 750ml 11.5% alc. Another couple of my favourite saline white grapes, given some time on skins for added texture.
