Sourced from the bottom section of the North Eastern slope of the Denton View Hill. Whole bunch pressed and wild fermented and matured in a mix of stainless steel tank and old French oak. Wild malo-lactic fermentation (100%). Left on full lees with occasional stirring for 6 months. Bottled without fining or filtration." - Winemaker Notes
