Description
The Tournant de Pouilly is a one hectare vineyard based in the northern part of Fuissé, on the border of the hamlet of Pouilly. It is split between two parcels, planted on a gentle slope that faces north-east. This historic vineyard is a part of 1er Cru "Les Reisses”.
"The 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé Tournant de Pouilly 1er Cru, which is located in the climat of Les Reisses, has a sophisticated bouquet with crushed stone, orchard fruit and noisettes. The 2022 is pure and quite seductive. The palate is nicely balanced with a keen thread of acidity. It's a little more tensile than the Les Ménétrières this year, with a bright, lightly spiced, persistent finish. Excellent." - 93 Points, Neal Martin vinous.com
