"‘Mont de Milieu’ has very steep slopes and takes its name from its location, on a hill that once bounded a border between Burgundy and Champagne. Made from 35 year old vines on a South Southwest aspect. Aged for 90% in stainless steel and 10% old oak." - Winemaker Note
‘’The 2021 Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru has a well-defined and quite mineral-driven nose, one of this vintage’s more elegant styles. The palate is well-balanced and cohesive with smooth, slightly honeyed fruit, fine acidity, and a persistent finish.
