Description
A Premier Cru expression from the Montmains; an area of Chablis that typically aligns with wines of a more taut and brisk personality. This certainly does not disappoint - plenty of that moreish saline / oyster shell minerality, supported along firmly by some pronounced citric kick and hints of hazelnut that linger on the finish. It's in fine form right now, but will also offer plenty of development over the next five years. Truly a breath of fresh air to see Premier Cru Chablis of the quality seen here available for below that $100 mark - Our Notes
