"The colour is a bright medium-yellow and the foam is vigorous. The bouquet is very nutty and suggests oak as well as subtle aldehydes. The wine is full and rich on the mid-palate, very different to the two other wines in the trio. It's round and ample, generous and fluffy-textured but also nice and dry and finishes cleanly.
