Description
"Notes of fresh baked buttery breads, ripe white peach, hints of white floral, beeswax, and some yellow melon. This wine has a full fruited mid palate and an elegant drive." - Tasting Notes
"The 2013 Spring Farm Block 114 Riesling is sourced from vines planted in 1977, at an elevation of 453 meters above sea level. On the nose, the wine is toasty and spiced, like marmalade on cold buttered toast. In the mouth, the wine is complex and taut, with a flavor spectrum that covers exotic spice, roasted fruits, tatami/straw, cold tea and patisserie things. It is sensational, all focus and precision, with grace and effortlessness. What an incredible wine. 11% alcohol, sealed under screw cap." - 97 Points, Erin Larkin, Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
