"Our wine reveals the greatest expressions of Sauvignon thanks to the Sancerrois terroir. It is a blend of limestone called "caillote" which gives it its freshness and fruitiness, and flint which gives it its power and its minerality. This wine will go perfectly as an aperitif, with seafood, fish and marries nicely even with certain cheeses, such as Crottin de Chavignol." - Winemaker Notes
