We're excited to announce we have a terrific evening planned late next month (Wednesday 26th March) over at Montrachet Restaurant, with the pristine champagnes from Larmandier-Bernier at the centre! 

A house renowned for growing their fruit entirely on organic premier & grand cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs (holding a particular emphasis on Chardonnay), bringing wines with an entirely unique sense of minerality and purity, helped along by their low dosage approach and the Campanian chalk soils on which their vines have aged (with some having reached around 80 years of age). Arthur and Emilie Larmandier from the house will be there on the night as hosts - we have met numerous members of the family before, and they’re as passionate for their craft as they are pleasant to chat to.

This will be paired with the food from the great new chef and team at Montrachet, which was sampled in the last few weeks to best suit each bottle. These are bubblies that emphasise detail, clarity and precision over sheer power or richness, and will match wonderfully with this curated menu.
