Description
"The seventh release of our Nebbiolo sourced from the wonderful Malakoff vineyard in the Pyrenees, South of Landsborough. Planted in 2000, we have been working with Robert & Cameron John for over a decade to get the absolute best from this vineyard, year on year. The style has continued to develop over the years towards greater complexity and elegance. Open top fermented with a “modest” 33 days on skins post ferment. The wine is savoury with autumnal flavours, dried herbs, white mushrooms, dried rose petals and deliciously firm tannins. Save it for a few years or drink with Osso Bucco!" - Winemaker Note
