Lucien Le Moine is a boutique négociant based in Beaune, Burgundy, founded in 1999 by Mounir Saouma and Rotem Brakin. Dedicated exclusively to producing small quantities of Grands and Premiers Crus from the Côte d’Or, Lucien Le Moine is renowned for its meticulous, hands-on approach to winemaking. Each wine is crafted barrel by barrel, never blended, and aged on its lees in custom oak from Jupilles, with no fining, filtration, or pumping.
Mounir and Rotem’s deep-rooted philosophy combines tradition, precision, and purity, resulting in some of Burgundy’s most expressive and age-worthy wines. Decanting is essential to fully appreciate the elegance and complexity locked within each bottle.
