"This Strathbogie Riesling (previously ‘Spring’) is always a little more generosity and weight with structure building in all directions. Pink Quartz soils provide the profile and always show greater opulence than those wines from the granite soils of Caveat.
Lemonade fruit aromas with green apple, crushed stones, green apricot and notes of jasmine on the nose. Dry with a little opulence (3.6gm), medium - body with lemonade fruit and white grapefruit pith. Zippy but soft on the palate, fine high acid, citrus driven.
