Simple, fresh style is the idea. This is a bargain for a litre of Olek juice. Juicy, slurpy, fresh feeling and ultra delicious. Slipperiness to texture, rich cherry fruitiness, some brambly/briary characters, a bit of white pepper, fennel, sage, some game meat. Slosh-slosh, slurp-slurp, away we go. This is unreal.
