"It's back again, one of our top selling and precious wines. Sourced from two vineyards in the nearby hilltops region. This wine spends months on skins to extract everything then tucked away in foudre for the rest of the two year elevage. A lighter colour yields to intense floral aromas and that special tannin that only nebbiolo has. Our tenth vintage of this variety and we think it a very special wine. Distinctly floral, layered with red fruit and a slight gamey twist. Quite rich palate with a long, fine tannic finish. Early days yet as these wines tend to show themselves over a long time." - Winemaker Notes
