"The Crayères Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 is the fifth release of our Crayères Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. 2014 was an exceptional vintage with a very long time (more than two months) between véraison and harvest. It is a classic example of cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon from the Limestone Coast, with bright cassis and blackberry flavours, and a linear tannin profile. Pairing with Alain Ducasse’ Boeuf Bourgignon and fresh Tagliatelles “au beurre” Rack of Saltbush lamb roasted with rosemary and mild chillies, medley of baby carrots and small potatoes" - Winemaker Note
