Description
This one night red-focused evening came about with the ever-growing demand for the continued discovery of all the fantastic red varietals that are now both grown and imported into this country. We will look an array of light to heavier reds from delicate Beaujolais through to full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz wines.
During our tasting we discuss food pairing, aging/oak, wine myths and hints.
14 wines are sampled over a great evening, accompanied with a shared selection of cheeses, antipasto and bread.
