Description
This is one deep, decadent single malt whisky! Bottled at 51%, this whisky was finished in a rare 300L premium Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask from Dutschke Wines in the Barossa after initial maturation in Australian McWilliams Apera Sherry casks. A dance of bitter sweet. The Apera cask brings apple creams and beautiful biscuity malt, with sticky raisin, date like qualities from the PX cask and a beautiful long, lasting finish.
