Description
An informative, entertaining evening where we take a journey across multiple varietals of white wine from across the globe. Exploring the vast differences in the style, palate weight and why it varies so much.
We cover areas such as food pairing, storage, wine myths/hints and the interesting points of how the grapes make it to the bottle. 12 wines are sampled over the night, accompanied with a shared selection of cheeses, antipasto and bread.
Held from 6pm to approx. 9pm at our Education Centre in Bowen Hills (41 Allison St.)
