"It’s a lovely wine. It has sweet raspberry flavours, yes, but then there are fistfuls of earth and spice and dried/aromatic herb. Most importantly there’s a rush of dry, graphite tannin on the finish, not hard but shaping, which gives the wine an extra edge.
